Edited by Professor Carsten Stahn and published by Oxford University Press, it provides a comprehensive overview of the Court’s case law and practice and assesses in detail the Court's work and its impact on the fight against impunity. Written by over forty leading experts and practitioners, this book also investigates the Court's relationship to other international institutions as well as to domestic courts, the context in which it operates, and the role of the Prosecutor.
