There are no seniority requirements.

Application requirements vary by training but generally include a CV and a short motivation statement.
Participants who complete the full training—whether online, in person, or in hybrid format—receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.
This certification attests to their engagement with advanced, applied training in a specialised area of international law or policy.
