Experienced process designer, Mô Bleeker is a seasoned facilitator and mediator, creating and practising a diversity of methodological approaches in different thematic areas such as Prevention, dealing with the past/ transitional justice, reconciliation, conflict transformation, development, promotion of human rights, justice, Rule of Law.
She has been involved in many different contexts (Central and Latin America, Balkans, South, North Caucasus, Central Asia, South Eastern Asia and several countries in the African continent, Middle East, North Africa).
Strategic thinker and experienced practitioner, she works with innovative approaches to support the design of horizontal tailor made processes that strengthen local leadership and ownership, diversity and cooperation across lines and levels, enhancing local implementation capacities and political will.
Mô Bleeker holds a MA in political anthropology, religion sciences, social communication and journalism (University of Fribourg) as well as a post grade in development studies (IHEID/ IUED Geneva). She published numerous articles, a book about El Salvador and realized several documentaries. She is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish and Dutch.
