Online Information Session: Presentation of the LLM-MAS Programmes
Are you thinking about studying international humanitarian law, human rights or international criminal justice in Geneva? Join us for an online information session on the Geneva Academy’s two one-year, full-time LLM – Master of Advanced Studies programmes:
- LLM – MAS in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, which focuses on the rules governing armed conflict and the protection of persons affected by it.
- LLM – MAS in International Crimes, Justice and Human Rights, which focuses on accountability for international crimes and serious violations of human rights and humanitarian law, in both transitional and non-transitional contexts.
Both programmes are jointly awarded by the University of Geneva and the Geneva Graduate Institute. They combine rigorous legal education, small cohorts and individual supervision with hands-on professional experience, including internships with Geneva-based organisations.
During the session, you will:
- Learn about the programmes’ structure, courses and professionalising activities
- Hear about internship opportunities and career prospects
- Get practical information on admissions, tuition and scholarships
- Have the opportunity to ask the team your questions
Admissions open on 17 November 2026. Whether you are a recent law graduate or an early-career professional, this session is a good chance to find out whether a Geneva Academy LLM – MAS is right for you.
